Winner Master Builders Association's "Excellence in Construction Award 2008" in the Club/Entertainment Refurbishment up to $5,000,000 category- Club Cronulla.
"The project required the total refurbishment of the ground floor including a new lift for disabled access, the addition of a terrace at the rear and a new front entrance to the club. The front facade was opened up and extensively upgraded. All public areas have been fully refurbished and back of house areas upgraded. The interior finishes are modern in appearance and the refurbishment has had a positive effect on the operations of the club." (MBA judges comments)
