From the day demolition of our old house started in July 2004, and through the building of our new home your advice and guidance have been unsurpassable. You must be commended on your eye for detail and for exercising that very old adage that "near enough is not good enough"; you never put us in the position where we had to settle for mediocrity.

As we were living around the construction, your team always ensured that the site was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day, this made things a lot easier for us and our children.

We would like to comment on the professionalism and courtesy that was extended to us from our first point of contact, your dedication, knowledge and pleasant manner toward us and that of your tradesmen helped make the building of our new home a memorable and exciting time.

We can give no greater accolade than to say that should we ever build again we would use B-MAC Constructions and we would have no hesitation in recommending David and his team, they are terrific.

Dear Shelly and Dave,

I am writing to you at the completion of our renovation to thank you and let you know how happy we are with the finished result. As you know, it was an enormous challenge to convert a very original sixties house into a light and modern beach style home.

The fact that we had 2 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs staying in the house during very major renovations (and remain sane) is a testament to the professionalism of your employees. They were always prompt, courteous and as unobtrusive as possible. The house and garden were always left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. The standard of work was always very high under the watchful eye of perfectionist project manager Iain, whose attention to detail was extraordinary. We found the 'open book' method very easy to work with, as we were able to keep track of payments and change things to suit our budget or new ideas we may have had along the way. The cost of sub contracting and materials were always clear, so there were no nasty surprises along the way.

Finally, Shelly's eye for colour was amazing when it came to painting the house. The colours we chose enhance the look of the house and really create the atmosphere we were aiming for.

People often ask how we managed to do a major renovation without any hassles, but I can honestly tell them B- Mac made it more easy and stress free than I thought possible. If we ever renovate or build in the future, I will certainly use B-Mac again.
